If FamilyLink Pro doesn't make CorrLinks easier for your family, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
This policy covers all purchases of FamilyLink Pro made through our official checkout at familylinkpro.com. It applies to one-time lifetime license purchases.
You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. Requests received after 30 days will not be honored except in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear.
If you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 1 business day.
If you believe an error occurred during checkout, contact us within 60 days and we will investigate. Verified billing errors will be refunded regardless of the 30-day window.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues are resolved quickly by email. Chargebacks that are filed before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending review.
