1. Who you're contracting with
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and 1SitePRo LLC, a Delaware limited liability company at 934 Kilsyth Road, Elizabeth, NJ 07208 ("we", "us", "1SitePRo"). By purchasing FamilyLink Pro or using familylinkpro.com, you agree to these Terms.
2. What you're buying
FamilyLink Pro is a Chrome browser extension that overlays helpful features on the CorrLinks website. Your $99 lifetime purchase includes:
- One license to install and use the extension on browsers you personally own
- All future updates released for FamilyLink Pro
- Email customer support
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the FamilyLink Pro product. As long as we operate the product, you have access. We make no guarantee about how long the product will exist (see Section 11).
3. Independence — we are NOT CorrLinks
FamilyLink Pro is an independent productivity tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CorrLinks®, Aventiv Technologies, Advanced Technologies Group, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, or any state or county corrections agency. CorrLinks® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. We use the name only to describe what our extension is compatible with.
4. Delivery
After your $99 payment clears Stripe, we email your install link and license key to the email address you used at checkout. Delivery is typically within minutes. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, check spam, then email [email protected].
Founding Family launch note: If you purchase before the public launch, you receive your install link the day we ship — within 7 days of purchase — along with priority email updates leading up to launch.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use FamilyLink Pro lawfully and only on browsers you personally control. You agree NOT to:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to anyone else
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
- Modify the extension or remove copyright notices
- Use the extension to violate CorrLinks' Terms of Use, BOP rules, or any applicable law
- Use the extension to send threatening, harassing, or unlawful messages
- Use the extension to circumvent any prison communication monitoring or restriction
Violating this section terminates your license without refund.
6. Your messages remain your responsibility
FamilyLink Pro provides tools (templates, mailroom-flag warnings, character counter) to help you write better messages. The mailroom linter is a helpful guide, not a guarantee. The BOP, state DOC, and county jail mailrooms make their own decisions about what content is allowed and may reject any message for reasons our linter does not catch. You are solely responsible for the content of any message you send through CorrLinks or any other prison communication system.
7. Pricing and payment
The Founding Family price is $99 USD, one-time, for the first 50 buyers. After 50 sell out, the price returns to $199 USD lifetime. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card details.

9. Intellectual property
FamilyLink Pro, the website, the extension code, branding, copy, and visual design are owned by 1SitePRo LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. Your $99 purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
10. Disclaimers
FamilyLink Pro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with future versions of CorrLinks or Chrome.
FamilyLink Pro does not give legal, financial, or correctional advice. Information about BOP policies, mailroom rules, or visiting procedures is provided for your convenience and may be outdated or inaccurate. Always verify with official sources before relying on it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to FamilyLink Pro is limited to the amount you actually paid us (i.e., $99 or $199). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or rejected messages by any prison mailroom.
12. Service changes and product end-of-life
We may update, modify, or improve the extension at any time. If we discontinue FamilyLink Pro entirely, we will give all active license holders at least 90 days' notice and a pro-rata refund based on time remaining if you've owned the license less than 5 years.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your license without refund if you violate Section 5 (Acceptable Use). You may stop using FamilyLink Pro at any time and request data deletion under our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Union County, New Jersey, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
15. Changes to these Terms
If we materially change these Terms, we will email everyone with an active license at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of FamilyLink Pro after the change means you accept the new Terms.
